Refund Policy

This refund policy applies only to software/goods purchased directly from KazSoft. If any of our software or CD/DVDs or other products were purchased through a 3rd party, KazSoft will not issue any refund.

Software Return / Refund

If you are dissatisfied with any software purchased directly from; KazSoft  and want to Cancel order/ Return Software / Refund:

  • Contact us before requesting the Software License within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested after 7 days of purchase date will not be issued.
  • After the License has been emailed/mailed/issued via any means, no refund will be issued.

Physical Goods

If you are dissatisfied with any Physical item purchased directly from KazSoft ( like Gadgets, CD/DVDs, Printed Content etc.) Return/Refund is possible in following cases.

  • Contact KazSoft within 7 days of the date you received the shipment. After this period refund requests will not be entertained.
  • The returned items are intact, working, scratch-less and in original condition.
  • In case of CD/DVDs containing Software from KazSoft, if the license has been issued no refund/return is possible.
  • If the uninsured shipped items are damaged during transportation/ shipping/delivery by the courier service or any third party, KazSoft will not be held responsible and no return or refund is possible. If the user opts to pay for insurance of the shipped items then the shipped items will be replaced.
  • The refund will not include any amount deducted as fee by third parties like Telenor EasyPaisa or PayPal or courier service or the shipping company etc.
  • The shipment fee will not be refunded.

Services / Website/ Software or Website Development/ Graphic Design/  Video Post Production Etc.

  • If you ordered consultation then No refund will be issued after the document/advise/answer etc. has been mailed /emailed or issued to you.
  • If you ordered a website/ Software/Graphics etc., total refund of the amount paid will be possible if :
    • Prototype has not been delivered yet and user/client cancels the order.
    • KazSoft makes a delay in delivery of any component/ module or complete product that extends more than 14 days and user/client wants to cancel the order.
    • KazSoft, cancels the order due to any internal reason.
    • If the user/client makes delay in payments to KazSoft or if he/she does not abides by the development/design agreement, then KazSoft reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund.
  • If the user cancels the order after the delivery of the prototype/ sample the payment will not be refunded.
  • No orders can be cancelled/ refunded after 50% work on the product has been completed.
  • In case of natural disasters no refund will be possible
