KazSoft will deliver the products and/or services in accordance the following schedule.
Software and Software License
- Trial versions of the software can be directly downloaded from the products page.
- Software License files will be emailed within 24 hours (usually less) of the purchase in normal circumstances.
- Software on CD/DVDs will be delivered within 7 days within Canada.
- Software on CD/DVDs will be delivered within 14 days outside Canada.
Consultation / Answers to Questions
- All questions which need to be calculated if asked free of cost may take days or weeks to answer via email, depending upon the bulk of questions in hand.
- All questions which need to be calculated if paid for, may take 1-2 business days, the time may vary depending upon the complexity of the question, provided data and amount of the calculations required.
Website, Software Development, Graphic Design Etc.
- Will depend upon the nature of the project, a simple and typical wordpress website will be delivered within 3 days of placing the order if soft copy of all the content is provided.
- Time required for custom Ilm e Jafar software development will vary depending upon the complexity of the project, product with a simple formula will be delivered in 2-3 days, typical Mustehsila may take 3-7 days of development. Complex software may take 3 weeks or more.
- Graphic design will be delivered in 1-2 days, more time may be required if the design is complex and/or may involve photography.
- A Video Post Production/ Documentary of 1-10 will be delivered in in 3-7 days. Depending upon the amount of work required.
